Up to now, the primary focus and attention of Beacons of Light has been on establishing a leadership team and creating a vision.  Now our strengthened Families of Parishes are ready to purposefully grow and embed your Family’s missionary vision into your ecclesial culture: the lifestyle of your Family leadership, your parishioners, and from there into your community.

COMING FALL 2024!

40 million people have left Christianity in the last 25 years. Only 16% of Americans consider religion the most important thing in their lives. And half of Millennial Catholics have left the Church. Why do so many people fall away? And what can we as Parish Leadership do about it?

Through engaging exercises and an insightful video series, Disciples Radiate Christ will show leaders in all parish roles practical ways to form disciples in three key areas:

• Disciples Witness
• Disciples Serve
• Disciples Steward

Leading together

It takes a village to raise a Family—of Parishes. The head of that village is the pastor, who, through the Beacons of Light transition, was given the responsibility of care and leadership of his parishes. As Father Martin Fox, pastor of St. John Paul II Family of Parishes in south Dayton can attest, it really does take an entire team to make the Beacons’ transition successful.
