Associate Director for Leadership Formation

The Center for Parish Vitality is pleased to welcome Aimee May to our team as the new Associate Director for Leadership Formation.

Aimee May is a dedicated ministry professional with 18 years of experience in parish ministry across 4 parishes and 3 Arch/Dioceses, 4 years of formation ministry, and multiple years of teaching in the Certificate and Master's Programs for Pastoral Ministry at Mt. St. Mary's Seminary and School of Theology. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this work. 

Aimee was a member of the inaugural cohort of the Mathis Liturgical Leadership program at the McGrath Institute for Church Life at Notre Dame University and is a proud past recipient of the Louisville Institute's Sabbatical Grant. Her commitment to fostering spiritual growth and leadership within the community is evident in her extensive background and ongoing contributions to ecclesial formation.

In addition to her work in the Center for Parish Vitality, she will continue in her role as the Coordinator of Lay Ecclesial Formation at Mount St. Mary’s.
