Open Comment Period Wrapping Up
There are only two more days to participate in the Beacons of Light open comment period. The opportunity to comment ends at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20. More than 4,500 comments have been submitted so far.

Each comment is being read, sorted, and taken into consideration as Beacons of Light moves toward the next stage of finalizing the Families of Parishes. Information about the announcement of the final Families of Parishes will be forthcoming over the next few weeks.

Unable to Provide Individual Feedback Responses
Due to the high volume of comments, it is not possible at this time to respond to individual feedback that has been provided on the draft Families of Parishes. All of the feedback from priests, school leaders, parish ministers and laity is being reviewed in order to create the final Families of Parishes, but individual responses to questions submitted during the comment period are not possible at this time. At the conclusion of the open comment period more than 5,000 comments are expected in total.
