Do you have a heart for strengthening marriages and families? We are seeking a passionate, mission-driven individual to join our Marriage and Family Evangelization Team.
This position supports parishes in forming missionary disciples of Jesus Christ through the Marriage Catechumenate, with a particular focus on the marriage preparation stage. The successful candidate will coordinate the highly impactful Genesis Pre-Cana Retreats and equip parishes to provide meaningful accompaniment for engaged couples using resources such as Fully Engaged and Witness to Love.
We are looking for a practicing Catholic with strong theological formation, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a genuine passion for evangelization, marriage, and family ministry. If you are called to help couples build Christ-centered marriages that become a witness to the Gospel, we encourage you to apply.

Right now, our initiation ministry resources are in the drop-down menu towards the bottom of the Adult Evangelization page. Soon, however, initiation ministry will have its own webpage, with resources for inquirers, initiation ministry coordinators, and a special page devoted to initiation ministry with children. Keep an eye on this newsletter as we get closer to launch in the upcoming weeks.
