This series consists of 2 full-day workshops on December 3rd, 2024, and May 20th, 2025. Each day, participants will take a deep look at the process of evangelization through the lens of the Process of Evangelization & Discipleship (PED) diagram. The PED diagram is an evangelization planning tool that helps identify where individuals are in their unique journey toward becoming missionary disciples and how the Church can best accompany them on that journey. The PED does so by breaking down the essential stages in one's process of conversion, ranging from pre-trust to missionary disciple. On December 3rd, we'll discuss the pre-conversion stages. These stages include pre-trust, trust, curiosity, openness, and seeking. Together, we will imagine new ways to accompany people through these often overlooked stages of the spiritual journey and what this practically means for evangelization planning in the Archdiocese.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for parish leadership teams, evangelization teams, priests, and parish leaders. The content in this workshop is designed to help evangelists develop better evangelization plans and culture within their teams, churches, and parish families.
