Now that your Family Leadership Team is coming together, your Family of Parishes needs a Vision to inspire your Family of Parishes to form a vital community, bringing others into discipleship. If yours wasn’t one of the 16 Families to already participate last Spring, come to one of our Fall 2023 Visio days to join leaders from other Families to reflect upon the importance of creating vision and to learn how to best communicate and enact that vision within your Family of Parishes. One of the parameters under the Stewardship Principle states: "Every Family of Parishes will actively promote vocational
discernment." As people recognize the many gifts entrusted to them by God and grow in willingness to share their gifts with others as good stewards, they become more ready to answer God's call in their lives. Form a vocations committee or strengthen vocations ministry in your Family of Parishes through a workshop hosted by the Serra Club of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
