This is one of the reasons why we decided to host the annual CNE Appreciation Banquet in February. This is a banquet that is all about you. It is our way of recognizing your amazing work in the mission field, appropriately timed to give you a boost at a time of possible drudgery.
We hope to see on Saturday, February 3 at the Savannah Center. Your ticket is free. The food and drink will be superb. The company will be uplifting.

CNE Spotlight: Build The Fire
All Parish Evangelists are invited to attend Build the Fire on February 6 and 7, 2024 at St. Monica St. George Catholic Church in Cincinnati.
This is a two-day workshop on Strategic Planning for Parish Evangelization – from youth to adults. These days are built to intentionally help parish evangelists begin to dream about what ministry and
efforts in evangelization could look like, as well as take part in discussions on practical application.

Registration is now open for the Rite of Election (and Call to Continuing Conversion)! The combined rite will be celebrated on the First Sunday of Lent: February 18, 2024.
Celebrations will take place at 3:00 p.m. (English) and 7:00 p.m. (Spanish) at Immaculate Conception Church in Dayton, and 3:00 p.m. (English) and 7:00 p.m. (Spanish) at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter-in-Chains in Cincinnati.
Families of Parishes may choose from any of the four liturgies for their group to attend, based on geography, timing, or language; there will be no deanery-specific assignments.
Please RSVP by January 15 to ensure the names of catechumens and candidates are included in the program and on the website, as well as adequate seating for parish groups. Go HERE to RSVP for the Rite of Election.

We are Hiring! Director of Strategy & Communication
The Director of Strategy & Communication works in close collaboration with the Leadership Team of the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE) to lead all efforts in communicating the mission, resources, activities and value of the CNE and help evaluate the strategy for advancing the New Evangelization across the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (AOC).
Responsibilities of the Director include:
Managing all communications projects, both print and digital
Working closely with the Office of Communications to ensure a united, on-brand message
Managing ongoing execution and evaluation of CNE programs and initiatives, aiding in project planning across the CNE
Supervising the CNE Administrative Assistant responsible for event hospitality
Participating in/representing the CNE at various events from time-to-time
Collaborating closely and congenially with the entire staff of the CNE and the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices
