Every story of conversion has a “before” that prepares the way for what comes next. Too often, we focus our energy on the moment someone encounters Christ, but the truth is that discipleship begins long before that moment and continues long after. If we are serious about forming missionary disciples, we must learn to accompany people on their entire journey of faith.
In our upcoming Culture for Mission Workshop, we will cover the full journey from the earliest stirrings of trust and curiosity to a life fully lived on mission.
This workshop will invite parish leaders to develop a shared imagination for mission, one that recognizes each stage of the spiritual journey and responds with intentional accompaniment. From those who are just beginning to trust, to those growing in faith, to those ready to be sent, each stage requires something different from us: friendship, mentorship, formation, and ultimately, a call to mission.
This workshop will equip you not just with a framework, but with a renewed vision for how your parish can become a place where people are truly seen, known, and led step by step into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
The work of evangelization is not a program; it is a culture. And together, we are building that culture for mission.

We’re excited to announce the launch of the St. Dominic Savio Internship Program, a new initiative designed to provide university students with valuable hands-on ministry experience in local parishes. This program offers a unique opportunity for students of any academic background to receive mentorship from parish evangelists, experience the day-to-day realities of parish work, and discern their vocational call to ministry. We are currently accepting applications for the program’s first year and encourage you to share this opportunity with students who may be interested, open to growth, and eager to explore a potential call to parish ministry.
